As I was simply watching the course of sales, my statement was based on what I saw.
Given your post, I've downloaded the Course of Sales up to 3:25pm and had a better look.
Your parcel of 190,000
Then we have 112,000 - 106,946 - 100,000 - 100,000
After that its 90,000 - 61,678 - 60,000
And all other sells are under 60,000 with just 4 in the 50k range.
Probably less than 1m in total sold in parcels over 50k. Hence my statement.
