he is in LPE SDI type of stocks, neither stocks themselves nor his point of view has any spice in it. As others just screenshotted, and I always backed the view that it is never the numbers that move stocks.
What SP3 lacks is the cornerstone investors, with which I think Dan Hooper should have some connections. Once the shareholder structure gradually improves in a couple of high volume days, advancement will be fairly easy.
