re: Ann: Speculation Regarding Israeli Petrol... Surely an undersea pipeline from the field linked into the european gas network via cyprus and Turkey with another to israel would be the go for this gas rather than LNG?
Why LNG as opposed to direct pipelines? The size of the market for gas from a pipeline and the distances in this region would mean that an LNG facilty would be superflous unless you were targeting asian customers?
