Woodside offer is for a 30% stake at a 50% premium to analysts' valuations, Noble prefers a Western partner and Woodside easily has the technical qualifications for the project.
From that, it really seems that Woodside is the frontrunner. Gazprom and Kogas are the likely competitors who might trump the bid.
