I'm fairly confident Directors will wisely use any funds from the yet to occur Moorebank transaction.
The Reserve Bank disagrees but one can see interest rates rising fairly soon, because economic history is littered with 'shocks' that were not predicted. So perhaps some debt will be reduced by the company.
