    Centerbridge Partners take over of company by paying creditors out has been foiled by Black Diamond. Another lender who would stand to loose out. They are big enough to fight in the courts.
    Shareholders left in the dark. Haven't heard from my lawyer.
    But I think any class action would be directed at directors.
