Is anyone clear on shareholder outcomes here?

There seems to be precious little detail on this re-capitalisation and what it means for Aussie shareholders. Must admit I haven't followed closely, so may have missed something.

We've been suspended for 7 months - which is probably a blessing in disguise because $0.79 in February would have probably been $0.30 by the end of March.
