A strategy of hoping share price will drop by holding off announcements to implement the Buy back at a cheaper price, just proves a mentality of management verse share holder attitude for managements own personal gain.
Humans are well known to have these greedy and selfish traits as part of their DNA,
I truly hope its not the case if this is at all possible and in the thought process
