Yeah not surprised the market retreated on the delay but as has been pointed out the delay was thrown up in earlier announcement...
a smaller but still scalable plant will almost certainly help with finding a partner but the delay will give traders more confidence to short and maybe get at a lower price... hopefully they have some other Ann's before that will help the sp to not slide backwards for the next 3 months...gltah
