So if Spenda increases revenue from it's own customers and gets that announced to the market before the Limepay revenue milestones are hit, then it is reasonable to assume that the SP will appreciate and the 90 day VWAP could potentially be higher than the floor price, thereby reducing the total number of shares to be issued.

If you apply the maximum number of shares to be issued (508,272,334), assuming the targets are hit and tranche 3 & 4 shares are issued at the floor price, to today's SP, Spenda is only paying $4.067m in today's money.

Yes, I like the way they are executing this. Though doubtful on the of the milestones. Lending revenues aren’t ARR for example… and still, they are buying a failed business that will weigh on the cost base and has not demonstrated they can generate enough revenues. 2 failed business don’t make a successful one…
