heya. Thanks for taking time to bring me your views as I think I understand better what you may mean.

So I went to Spenda website and pretended to be a franchise and by the end they presented a custom solution based on the slew of software solutions they have acquired over the years.

So when you say what you said they may have made adjustments for Capricorn however wouldn't that one off be then updated to the system offerings to be universally used.

As the Capricorn roll out is 1 store its a network, so wouldn't that mean everyone has to use the same software as Capricorn. Like using Windows & even Windows rolls out updates yes ?.

Granted there would be costs in converting April to Spenda but if it's in-house then that should be more cost effective.


That sound about right to you or something similar?
