Yeah on this you certainly are correct as ive only gone so far on the research.
I've no clue on the tech support side ... one can assume a quality service should include it.
perhaps with the more experienced Capricorn on the board they will help guide the numpty Adrian with better ways?
I'm thinking also this 4c may be a bit meh as we won't see the flows of the April business yet ?
