Yep! Prediction bearing out so far (https://hotcopper.com.au/posts/74766471/single) - happily there's no related parties (this time) but I guess that's because they've run out of related companies to spin into the main 'business'. However they're trumping this acquisition as "enhanc(ing) the speed the Company can execute on its existing key customer contracts including Carpet Court and Capricorn" ... in other words, despite ALL the super-bullish rhetoric over the past 3+ years, things are moving so slowly that they need to go and buy someone else's product to push their "strategy" (cough) forward.
You can tell this business doesn't make money because they're only referring to 'Gross Profit', not Net Profit After Tax (NPAT).
One wonders how many staff this company has which are now being added to Spenda's already bloated staff costs...
