look im no expert, but im looking at this latest announcement and thinking maybe CRO had to proof some sort of adoption rate hence the trial to find a % and then halved that percentage to the 30% they are basing the announcement off? Could be the reason why ASX approved this ann and not the originals. And also why it took longer the the announcement to come out from when they originally attempted to submit to ASX?
