From high level review, at least Spenda will be paid a fee for the initial DSD (Digital Service Delivery) phase.
Also encouraging is the final paragraph on Page 2 of 4 where both parties will be working towards a new Software Maintenance agreement and to extend beyond the current contract expiry date of June 2024.
