For what it's worth, I think the increased directors fees, options and shares should be met with caution. The business should be waiting until sizeable returns for shareholders have been made, before trying to reward management. Do not make excuses for them; it is not about how many hours the management team work, it is about delivering returns for shareholders. Unfortunately many retail investors will create, and swallow, all sorts of excuses about "incentivizing the team" and so no. The real incentive should be: management don't get paid a dollar more, until they actually deliver returns to shareholders. I often wonder how some companies get away with paying themselves so much whilst delivering little-to-no tangible financial returns; when I read threads like CRO, I start to understand why.

Just two of many such examples. I have been right about this company all the way down, and no-one knows it better than you hence the desperation in your posts. Can't wait for your next phone call to management and confident promises of seven-figure quarterly revenues...
