I was at the shareholders meeting and asked one of the spenda guys about the completion of the DSD deal with Cap. I asked specifically, if Spx completed the dsd on time and according to plan could Cap still back out of the deal?
he said no he didn’t think that was possible, so the contract will happen its just a matter of semantics. As for the investment, that seems more than highly likely, why wouldn’t Cap want a cash and share return on their investment and revenue flowing through their transaction systems , what bank offers that btw?
