The cornerstone investment is necessary for Capricorn to have some kind of control & ownership of Spendas IP. Especially now with DSD successfully completed with a 10 year service agreement with an option of a further 10 yrs. They are locking down an integral part of their future business model. Capricorn will have to send a letter out to shareholders very soon if the cornerstone investment is to be concluded by the end of Jan. Im sure we will all be on the look out for it.
