You mean the announcement on 8 December 2023 that said:
"There is no material contracted revenue anticipated under the proposed MOU..."
"The MOU is expected to be finalised and announced to the ASX in the coming month."
Doesn't sound to me like it was a 'great big announcement' or that it was 'promised there would be announcement about this month.'
the phrase finalised in the coming month does not mean 'finalised before the end of this current month'. It means either:
- finalised in the month of January (i.e. January is the month coming after December); or
- finalised in the next approximately 4 weeks.
