Also thanks for confirming what I said about per annum is right and confirming we both agree. I agree, it means over the course of a 12 month period. As Iv argued with you before, the company did not reach $150m in payment flows per annum and took well over 12 months which is way longer despite their claim in the announcement. thus, it was a lie and they weren’t even close
