I think breaking the 1.1m down into lots of 275k is the wrong way to go about it. We’ve seen from previous deals where ‘up to xxxx$’ is expected, that figure divided by 4 has then NOT been seen in that quarters associated 4C.
These type of Ann’s with deals need to be worded Ina much clearer way, and I really thought that they’d learned their lesson by now. Every 4C where shareholders expect a certain amount to be shown and it’s not there, the company AND the sp gets hammered.
Time for them to spent a lot more time on writing these things up
