Meaning - after an announcement of a possible 10% buy in from a cornerstone investor at a 77% premium -
The Share price has showed no level of enthusiasm or a sustained rally
There was no buying interest
The excitement lasted for a day or two and than fell to 1c
The market will not ignore the SOI dilution in recent times and ongoing imo
IMO
