Doesn't say in the announcement that there's a 6 month free trial, Lithium is just making things up again.
The $21m in transactions is only the transactions between the Franchisees and the Franchisor and doesn't factor in any B2C payments flows that may be added upon the stores adopting the Spenda retail platform.
