Just a little nugget to ponder…why exactly do you think the DW lenders agreed to buy shares at 4c? Could it be the company was valued significantly higher than the current market cap? Could it be this deal has been in negotiation for months and despite the drop in share price they still provided a DW greater than the market cap - why didn’t they negotiate a better deal? What do they know that made them sign and feel satisfied they executed a great deal???
