The number of shares issued for Appstab was fixed at the time of the deal in December 2019. That number of shares didn't change and hence the dilution bears no correlation to the goodwill figure in the balance sheet.
I know that you'll continue to be wildly obtuse on this issue, but hey, it's fun to dance sometimes.
