At this end of the market - Penny stocks
Overwhelming majority of DD and Acquisitions prices and Capital Raising are completed at prices well above what they are worth 6-12 months afterwards
Overwhelming majority get it wrong
Overwhelming majority is well over 95% imo
Appstab valuation - independent DD
Invigo 7c a share cost - independent DD
200m @ 9c = $18m cap raise - clearly got it wrong but they was excitement that someone put down $18m after DD
How many fintechs were given billions of dollars - all from DD in past 1-2 years
Investing based purely on someone's else DD will most likely not guarantee anything but losses over time imo
Invest based on fundamentals is the only way to go imo
