Capricorn is using a version of the software. It is disclosed on the documents available on their website. But it seems that SPX is not getting paid anything for it... Capricorn has a turnover of about $2.4bio. It would take about $40mio of lending capacity to service 20% of that with some B2B BNPL offering. Given what they have said about the usage of the DW just executed, it does not seem that it Capricorn is in their plans. Don't understand what is going on there as I imagine Capricorn would welcome offering some lending to their network. It's a concern as I think that SPX will need success with one such account to make it.
