    "Weakness in the underlying EBIT result of the Australian business (down 29.3%) was offset by good results in New Zealand (up 8.1% in local currency terms) and Asia (up 23.2% in local currency terms)." - The Australian business is clearly in trouble, time for an honest appraisal of market segment viability. If local management aren't up to this, replace them.
