The new CEO's job is no easier than Preece's.
Preece got them out of Europe. The new CEO will need to get the company back on a growth trajectory. Not easy when your core business is in structural decline. Then there's the unwieldy capital structure. This job will be no walk in the park. I say good luck to him.
