CommSec currently shows a P/B ratio of 0.80.    I believe that this figure based on yesterday's price, so if SRS has gone up 22.6% today, that makes a P/B today of  0.98.       I am sure this takeover will go through, but you would have to say that KPP are getting it at a fairly cheap price    ie not  much in the way of a premium for the long-suffering mugs like me.
