    Hi Lito,

    No, it comes from the issuing of SRS shares from PXUPA. The SRS shares were valued at 2.9c each. Each PXUPA got exchanged for 545 SRS, at a cost base of 2.9c for an implied PXUPA value of $15.805. My PXUPA cost much more than that, so the rest was a capital loss for me.
