    The probability of legal action is very insignificant. Otherwise the propectus and unitholder booklet would have say so.

    I've read and re-read the unitholder booklet about 5 times, and iam comfortable holding the shares and PXU. iam expecting both class to trade at double current price. After conversion is confirm... nothing is impossible..
