    current share price is 2.6 cents, if shareholder vote YES. potentially share price can reach 7 cents (ok, maybe not 7 cents. But 5-6 cents is possible) vote NO and the share price will languish at sub 3 cents for the next couple of years.

    as for PXU holders, same deal. Vote YES, each PXU potentially can reach $38. Vote NO and we're back to $8.

    WIN WIN situation for both class of holders if they vote YES.
