I'm surprised to see the SP drop on news that basically said they have found a way of forwarding their drug assets that haven't exactly been snapped up in the past. So they do the phase 3 in China. The market there is huge for anti smoking and other breathing problems.
Cho are going to foot the bill which will be cheaper than if it was done. In the States or Aus.
We get 1 for 1 shares in the spinoff company at no cost or loss of out existing holding in Ivx.
Down the track they can list or establish a mechanism for trading or converting shares to cash.
I'm having trouble seeing the downside when at the moment the asserts are sitting doing nothing other than wearing out their patents.
Is there something I've missed?
