    What I was asking in my last post is this:
    1 new Eastern Gas Share IPO listing price will be = .20cents
    for 5 currently held shareholdings in PH2,
    therefore, with the current s/price of PH2 being .105 cents = .525 cents
    Thus my question is ... why the big discrepency and how were these figures arrived at ???
