Damn straight, I wouldn't even touch this with someone else's barge pole. They've been trying to shop both Tamarama and Venus for a buyer or a farm in for years. It should be no surprise they've had no interest from anyone in the industry. Now they've tarted it up as a listing and are trying to stitch up retail bunnies.

Look at BTE which they floated mid 2022 at 20cps, it's never gone near there again. Currently BTE loiters at 5.9 cps. A capital loss of 70% for anyone who'd dipped their toe at IPO and has held on since. That's inspiring! I can't see them getting anywhere near the $20m that they're after.
