IMO ........ I suppose, that being a director/s of 2 ASX listed Co's has it's own financial remuneration advantage's rather than just 1 ...
On a side note..... I was also just wondering if and why Ron P isn't to my knowledge disclosed at this stage as a director or even the Chairperson of the new IPO Co. ..... Oh well, I suppose I'll just have to probably just wait for the prospectus to eventuate with all the finer details of the IPO.
