Not much to go on ... but at the FTM Rev forecast of $140M what multiple fits? Low of 2x and high of 3x?
At 2.5x assumed MC of $350M ... are we circa 500M shares issued after this placement??
If correct that suggests 70cps .... call it a range of 60 - 84 cps depending on how many performance shares get issued.
But is the price right? Would 5G Networks be a comparable peer...
