Not sure the price is going to get a full run. It's an underlying profit. It states an unaudited statutory loss of circa $8M. It is also stating that it has circa $13.5M earnout to pay, as well as a 70M shares to gives, as part of the earnout. There's only $15M available and they are burning cash... so a raise may be required. This needs another half to show the real story.
