That is certainly a good response in my book.

I am a very grumpy camper at the moment, however. Both you and I and many others have waited years for this one to realize its potential. While I have had patience in spades, the money has been tied up in the shares with no divvies and the sp has dropped horribly. Now that's par for this kind of golf course i suppose, but it is difficult to live with as the years role by. I have waited a decade!

The year is already showing signs of winding slowly down and It won't be too much longer until we hit the silly season. Got to admit if we go into January with no financing then I will be extremely pissed off.

In view of this I hope the "dropping of the MRE day" will be next week. Because if we go on much longer another year will be ticked off and they will be scratching around looking for sustenance like a bunch of chooks locked in a chicken coop.
