Makes no sense how an off-take changes anything.
We already know high value magnet products outside of China are desirable and will sell. That is not the Esperance clay fields issue.
OD can sign as many off-takes until the cows come home. Same with mrd and the rest of them flapping around in the dark. Unless this new partner brings in completely new tech and ideas to process the clay the real issues remain unsolved.
