Bear market already if you take out the top 7 stocks from the S&P. Eg NEU shareholders announced ~A$800 million incoming and the price barely moved..... So 40% discounts to what shareholders see as fair value on good stories are already common place.
This applies mostly to stocks where the money is coming shortly but not in the quarterlies reported so far. The discount is bigger the further rout the timelines for $$ are.
