Wow this company really knows how to throw money away. 600k salary and a 200k sign on bonus plus 35 million in vested stock? Did i read that right? And a 33% yearly cash bonus which they always pay out. This cant be true.
With that amount being offered your going to have to expect him to pivot the company with new products, otherwise you could have just hired someone great at sales.
