John sounds like a bit of a dinosaur by comparison. A long history in brick and mortar retail. SPT didn't even have an in store option until recently. It does say interim, with long term incentives tied to Q1 22 so maybe they have their eyes on a permanent appointment from Q2 22?
Maybe a change was needed. Hopefully John can help steady the ship ready for a perm CEO appointment with a background more in line with SPT.
