Don't get upset as everyone is in the same boat. Read my previous posts and I expected that larger holders would get approx $2,500. I was wrong. as $30,000 x 11.9% = $3,570 worth or 2,746 shares.
Unless I am reading it incorrectly, If you held 1 – 500 shares you will get 100 shares; However, if you held more than or equal to 501 shares then you multiply what you applied for by 11.9% (Eligible Shareholder's with a valid application only).
Say you held 1,000 shares and applied for $30,000 you will get the same as someone holding 100,000 shares applying for $30,000 worth. Let me know if that's your understanding of the wording.
Those holding say 1,000 shares or more and applied for $5.000 worth would get $5,000 x 11.9% = $596 divided by $1.30 = 457 shares.
