It certainly doesn't work like that. The company basically putting money into this will end up with any useful assets. Thas company is worth $4.5 bil and SPT is worth less than one percent, that less than 1%.
How you come up with your $200 mil really worries me and what worries me more is that people are reading and thinking you have got it all worked out.
