Trumpster101, you don't seriously say that somebody is buying SPT shares for 30 cents???????? That is seriously scary. Fact is, the proposers are intending to wind the company up. They will not buy your shares, but will liquidate them and issue you with new shares in a private company domiciled in the Cayman Islands, with a whole bunch of Preference Shareholders in front of you. You can take a punt on their value, but I would be seriously concerned, particularly as they warned that they could not guarantee a market, value or liquidity.
