It's not the liquidation it's manipulated and shorted that determines the price, when listed, delist then you eraticate that issue, I feel that short possitions have been covered today. then panic selling kicking in as it didn't hit 30c today, most holders wouldn't have a clue rather rolling a dice and being sheep folling the herd.
