TC you have a company with 550 million shares issued and a market value of $42 mil. No doubt we can agree on that, together with the fact that the Board has said the company is broke.
So these new chaps roll up with $50 mil and say you can have it to put into your company as long as you issue them 250 mil shares. You would have the deal of a lifetime!!!!! And don't forget the 2 big investors who are tipping in $10 mil for potentially 200 mil shares themselves. Do you not see the disparity?
Should the Motive people not be asking for shares at 7-8 cents, at the same price people are paying on market. Should you not have disquiet about the 2 honchos saving the company with $10 mil and being issued with shares at 4-6 cents?
And after all is said and done, do you think the value of SPT shares will remain at 7-8 cents once another 400-500 million have been issued?
