First time I have seen this scenario....why would ASX not delay the initial release until they accompanied the memorandum detail then it can be analysed and investors can make a more informed decision... this hit 0.095 at one stage today m,aybe because uninformed investors thought it was 31c deal? Should there be more protection for holders on ASX fr these types of deals
